Established in 2010, Visoko ucilište EFFECTUS (University College EFFECTUS) is a private higher-education institution located in the large city of Zagreb (population range of 500,000-1,000,000 inhabitants). Officially recognized by the Agencija za znanost i visoko obrazovanje (Agency for Science and Higher Education), Visoko ucilište EFFECTUS is a coeducational Croatian higher education institution.
